Mayor Perrin welcomed the convention of Arkansas BlueCross/BlueSheild representatives at Jonesboro’s new Embassy Suites Convention Center hotel on Thursday morning. The contingency — from all corners of the state — bragged on Jonesboro, Arkansas State University and Jonesboro in general.
