Downtown Jonesboro Alliance executive Director Lindsey Wingo picked up the state’s 2020 Main Street Arkansas Award of Excellence for Best Economic Impact with the St. Bernards Healthcare expansion. The award was presented Wednesday at the opening evening of the Arkansas Municipal League winter convention in Little Rock.
