Last night, Mayor Perrin made a proclamation honoring the Valley View High School volleyball team who won the Arkansas Class 4A championship this fall; a tremendous accomplishment that has become almost routine at Valley View, where the Blazers have won the past five Class 4A championships and appeared in every state finals since 2003.
