Mayor Perrin and a crowd of scholarly students from local high schools gathered Monday evening at St. Bernards Auditorium for the Optimist Club of Jonesboro’s Youth Appreciation Banquet. The mayor delivered a proclamation declaring this Youth Appreciation Week in Jonesboro.
