The Chairman of the Nominating & Rules Committee, Chris Gibson, has called a special meeting to be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in the fourth floor conference room at the Municipal Center, 300 S. Church Street. This is a working session to discuss procedure changes.
