Mayor Copenhaver delivered a State of the City presentation today to the Northeast Arkansas Chapter Military Officers Association of America on the progress of Jonesboro in the past year and what the future holds. This organization is very dear to the mayor as his father was once a member of it. We would like to thank the NEA Chapter of MOAA and Golden Corral Jonesboro for the luncheon event.
