PUBLIC NOTIFICATION - Public Works Special Called Meeting
The Interim Chair of the Public Works Committee, Mitch Johnson, has called a special meeting to be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Center, 300 South Church Street. The meeting is being held to discuss several items including a resolution to enter into an agreement with CWL for Electric Vehicle Station Equipment, a resolution to purchase additional right-of-way at 805 Creath, a resolution to purchase additional right-of-way at 707 Creath, a resolution to accept a drainage easement from Scott Younge, a resolution to purchase additional right-of-way at 233 S. Fisher, a resolution to purchase additional right-of-way 812 Creath, a resolution to purchase additional right-of-way at 1112 Creath, and a resolution to purchase additional right-of-way at 232 S. Bridge. The meeting is being held to discuss New Business that would have been on the Public Works Committee Agenda on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
