E911 award recipients with their awards

Jonesboro E911 gave awards today to dispatchers who have shown exceptional service.  
Cristy Hundley was recognized as Communications Specialist of the Year for her work in training new employees, improving skills for herself and others, and working extra shifts to ensure the training needs of the department were met.  (Top Photo)
Karen Metcalf was awarded the Communications Specialist Semi-Annual Spotlight Award for going above and beyond the call of duty to come in early, stay late, work on her days off, and training new hires from November 2020 through April 2021.  (Bottom Left Photo)
Janelle Esposito, April Becker, Harry Johnson, Leah Mason, and Karen Metcalf were given Shift Excellence Recognition for their hard work after the March 28, 2020 tornado strike. (Bottom Middle Photo - Janelle Esposito; not pictured - April Becker, Harry Johnson, Leah Mason, and Karen Metcalf)
Janelle Epsosito was also awarded the Certificate of Commendation for being positive, helping others, and showing enormous dedication to the E911 Center. (Bottom Right Photo)
