City of Jonesboro sanitation pickup will resume Friday, weather permitting, with regular routes. Thursday routes will be run Saturday, under current plans.
Only trash containers that can be picked up with mechanical-arm trucks, known as knuckle booms, will be picked up. No extra bags or anything requiring workers to leave their vehicles will be picked up.
Recycling pickup will resume next week.
