Nominating & Rules Committee Meeting Scheduled
The Chair of the Nominating & Rules Committee, Chris Gibson, has called a special meeting to be held on Monday, February 8, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Center, 300 South Church Street. The meeting is being held to discuss a resolution to make appointments and reappointments to boards and commissions as recommended by Mayor Harold Copenhaver which include the Board of Zoning Adjustments and to discuss an ordinance to permit the selection of the position of Councilmember from each ward to be voted on by only the citizens of the ward in which they serve.
