Human Resources
Human Resources was formed in 1993 to take care of such things as employee benefits, compensation, recruiting and helping in the selection process for new employees.
The department has written an employee handbook, established an evaluation program, revised and updated all job descriptions, and written and implement a safety program for the whole city.
There are two employees in Human Resources department, serving over 500 employees in the city's employ.
