| Lifeguard | The City of Jonesboro is accepting applications for Lifeguards – Duties will include, but are not limited to, maintaining surveillance of swimmers, enforcing safety rules in and around the pool, performing rescue operations as necessary, teaching swimming lessons when scheduled, and maintaining the pool area in a clean and safe manner. | Parks Part Time and Seasonal Workers | Part-time Community Center Attendant – The attendant is responsible for monitoring the activities conducted in the building; signing people in, checking out balls, monitoring activities, arranging chairs, tables, and sporting or exercise equipment for recreational activities, and maintaining a safe environment at the center. Applicants must have a valid Arkansas Driver’s License. Seasonal Park Workers – Duties will include, but are not limited to, mowing, weed eating, trimming shrubbery, watering and fertilizing, picking up litter, cleaning park and playfield restrooms, and maintaining equipment and tools.
