Finance
The Finance Department is responsible for all aspects of accounting and money management for the city. Its 7 employees do record keeping, accounts payable, semimonthly payroll, and other accounting duties. They also produce monthly and year-end reports.
Twice a month, the accounting department pays bills totaling between $300,000 and $500,000.
The Finance team consists of an Accountant, Purchasing Agent, and four Accounting Technicians.
