The City of Jonesboro is currently in the process of developing its first comprehensive plan. The matrix of issues that citizens face is the driving force to create a better community and a higher standard of living for our region. Jonesboro Vision 2030 is designed to reflect the current and future needs of the citizens while upholding community values. Mission Statement
The mission of Jonesboro Vision 2030 is to engage the community in envisioning a future for Jonesboro that addresses the needs and desires of our entire citizenry over the next twenty years. It will serve as a guide for decisions related to our built and natural environment that is reflective of the priorities of the community and balances the need to accommodate growth while maintaining or improving our quality of life.
