CDBG Request For Proposal (RFP)

CDBG funded projects as Public Service, Public Facilities and Improvements, and/or Economic Development are available to qualified entities. IRS recognized 501 (c) (3) non-profit organizations are eligible to request funds for all three programs. Qualified for-profit businesses may be eligible to request funds for Economic Development project(s).

Any organizations planning to submit a Request For Proposal must send a representative to mandatory workshop for the specific program funds being requested. All organizations must attend the CDBG Regulation workshop. The workshops are scheduled on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in the City Hall's Planning Review Conference Room at the times below.

NOTE: In order to equally fund projects, two year grace period applies if your agency has been funded through CDBG Programs two continuous funding years.
