CDBG Request For Proposal (RFP)

2021 CDBG FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED ENTITIES

The 2021 CDBG Request For Proposal (RFP) applications are available below. Proposals must be submitted no later than the deadline on January 29, 2021 by 4:00 p.m.

Public Services

Funding eligibility is as follow, including but not limited to:

  • Must be a not-for-profit organization IRS 501 (c)(3) and maintain a DUNS number
  • Organization must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM)
  • Must serve an absolute verifiable minimum of 51% Low Income
  • Must be a NEW non-duplicated service or quantifiable increase in the level of service

Public Facilities & Improvements

Funding eligibility is as follow, including but not limited to:

  • Must be a not-for-profit public or private owned entity where facility is open to the public
  • Must maintain a DUNS number and SAM registration (System for Award Management)
  • Must serve an absolute verifiable minimum of 51% Low Income

NOTE: The CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee will review and score each proposal submitted. Incomplete proposals will be eliminated without exceptions.
